Thank you for this! I’ve been having issues with getting angry and reacting to every little thing. I exercise 5 days a week, get my fix on social media, take time to myself each day, and only have my kid half the time. But it’s still such a huge struggle. I started taking anti-anxiety meds and haven’t noticed a difference yet. I think meditation could really help. Just need to get started and keep it consistent like you said. Thanks again for doing this!

For sure. It was a suggestion from my therapist after a series of panic attacks. And it really changed my tension and reactions. Checking in with myself several times a day helped me manage it as well. Which is why every day after this I do a check-in in the email. Managing ourselves is important. You are doing great things.
